Are your earrings allergy-free?
Yes! We try very hard to make earrings for everyone and use hypoallergenic ear studs. For exact earring details, visit the item description.
How do I care for my earrings?
- Try to avoid contact with oils, perfumes, and any other aerosols
- Remove your earrings before bathing or showering. Don't forget to remove them when at the beach or pool as well.
- Store your earrings in a safe place to avoid scratches/ damage
- Don't forget to remove your earrings before going to sleep
- To clean, use a small damp cloth. Do not use soap or other harsh chemicals to clean
*Each piece is handmade which means there may be minor flaws and slight variations including small imperfections. Due to clay slabs having multiple details, your pattern may differ from the image on our website just a bit. This is part of the beauty of unique and handmade.
Do you take custom order requests?

Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We can ship to any address within the United States. Please check with us for shipments to Puerto Rico or Canada. All packages are shipped within processing time (3-5 business days). Please keep in mind processing and shipping times are not the same. If custom pieces have been ordered, please reference the order confirmation for the shipping window. All orders are shipped through USPS and tracking will be provided for each order with the email provided.
Delayed/Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost packages, if you believe your package is lost, please file a claim with the carrier. Packages can arrive behind schedule due to carrier delays, reference your tracking number for the latest updates. Enchanted Owl Studio sees the same tracking updates you do.
Undeliverable Package?
If your order is undeliverable and “returned to sender” we will happily reship it. New shipping costs must be paid prior to reshipping. If you are no longer interested, we will refund your purchase after a 15% restocking fee.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. However, your happiness is our goal. If your item arrives damaged/broken please contact us within 7 days of arrival for a refund/exchange. We will request images for our quality checks. Due to our small batch releases, we can’t guarantee the availability of the same item but we will try our best.
